What your days will look like: + Directly interact with sales, partners, and customers to understand their specific needs and requirements. + Develop and implement innovative solutions to integrate customer systems with our platform, leveraging technologies like RPAs and APIs. + Extract, analyze, and transform data from various sources to support demos, reports, and decision-making. + Design, build, and maintain integrations between our platform and third-party systems, ensuring data security and compliance. + Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems. + Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Requirements What will a successful Solution Architect bring to the table: + Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with PDM/PLM/ERP software. + Deep understanding of database architecture, including query optimization, data modeling, and data warehousing. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements. + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Self-motivated and proactive approach to work with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends. + Possesses a global mindset with a willingness to work with teams across different time zones and cultures.
