A professional in Client EDT practice at this position level in Client has
the following responsibilities:
Provides solutions to technology & business problems of Client’s
customers in their Digital journey to become Reborn Digital. Key responsibilities
Work with the various customers, Client Vertical & Horizontal sales teams
and to position Enterprise Digital Transformation and other Service lines and
Solutions for perspective clients across industries and global geographies. This is
a 100% travel role
Assist or create propositions & customer specific proposals to achieve a client’s
strategic business technology objectives to become a Digital Enterprise, enable
profitability goals, align to industry drivers and deliver a step-change in
operational and management performance
Be hands-on when required and responsible for developing / assisting with the
development of solutions, prototypes, proof of concepts and sales collateral
around Enterprise Digital Transformation for growing the pipeline of
opportunities. This role requires working with start-up mindset, with an ability to
roll up sleeves and being hands-on when required.
Responsible for assisting sales organization with creating and expanding
awareness of EDT propositions. Interacts with senior management levels at a
client and/or within Client, which involves negotiating or influencing on
significant matters. Has brilliant latitude in decision-making and determining
objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Manages teams and/or work in an individual contributor role at a customer or
within Client.
Key Qualification Requirements (Solutions Architect)
Overall experience of 10+ years in devising strategy / solutions / products
for Enterprise & consumer IT
4-5 years of professional services / product experience in Cloud, Mobile
on Application architecture & Development
Experience of devising end to end innovative solutions / products based
on at least two of emerging technologies - mobile, cloud, social, IoT, BaaS
Hands on experience in mobile or cloud technologies - specifically with
Azure, AWS, Force1
Experience working with large customers - at C level
Experience in leading pre-sales or post-sales for more than 3 customers
Devising solutions based on Digital technologies - Mobile, cloud, social,
IoT etc., - should have devised / developed at least 2 solutions
Startup experience either in devising product / solutions for new markets
Experience with either BFSI, Retail or Healthcare domains
Experience working as a Strategist to design and define Operating Model
and Enterprise Architecture
Solid business strategy, and/or operating model experience
Solid experience in a consulting side environment
Ability to travel for work regularly
Master of Business Administration or the equivalent graduate degree
Proven track record in client relationship development
Good to Have
Expert understanding of how digital technologies/products can be
leveraged to enable strategic outcomes
Understanding of Digital Industry threats and general marketplace and
designing transformation to leverage digital technology for a client
Experience with a failure of a solution / product / implementation
Ideally 3-5 years’ experience within digital industry
Experience working at a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal
consulting role
