Kforce has a client in Pleasant Grove, UT that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering and product management, with a focus on developing and integrating complex hardware solutions. This role requires a customer-facing personality and the ability to work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver holistic solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Solutions Architect will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop and integrate full-solution systems, including third-party components such as cameras, radars, and drones * Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that engineering solutions meet customer needs and market demands * Work with sales teams to drive full solution sales and create healthy tension to pull engineering toward customer-centric solutions * As a Solutions Architect, you will conceptualize and design solution architectures, considering market research, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies * Build and lead a new Solutions Engineering team, including Solutions Architects, Proposal Writers, and Solutions Sales Engineers * Travel domestically and internationally (10-25%) to meet with customers and stakeholders
