Position: Solutions Architect III

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers, partners and sales teams providing technical engagements across a wide area of competencies to help drive new business. You will use your deep understanding of the product and the needs of clients, working with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the overall product experience. With existing customers, you will help to maintain a strong partnership to drive growth, greater adoption and deeper engagement across our product landscape. You will also drive various initiatives to scale solutions and make them easier to adopt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deeply understand our products, Enterprise architecture and integration components - become a Technical Subject Matter Expert Engage customers and Channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagementsGuide our customers and Channel partners implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments Build strong technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of our productsTroubleshoot technical issues “hands on”Create documentation and develop best practices to help both the company and customers Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of our products by providing customer feedbackFlexibility to travel up to 20% of the timeMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions EngineerExperience communicating to technical and business audiencesKnowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areasExperience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including identity management systems (IDM, user management, authentication, SSO and SCIM solutionsKnowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with SaaS solutionsExperience deploying large partner integration projectsKnowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response)Technical understanding of advertising products (including Ads and Pages API, Identity Platform)Experience working with API documents, calling API’s using scripts, and testing API’sExperience with Swagger and PostmanPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $84.00
