Overview About the role Aptean is looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our TMS Team! As a Solution Consultant, you will work with our Sales team and customers during the pre-sales phase. You will be performing surveys and discovery workshops with customers to develop a deeper understanding of how they operate and to determine their key software requirements. Your role will include creating and delivering engaging demonstrations and presentations of our products to customers. You'll focus on showcasing the value and benefits of the latest solution versions, explaining product features, and illustrating their practical business applications to potential clients. During the sales process you will handle any technical questions or objections that the customers might have, and help them overcome any barriers to adoption or implementation. You will also be required to be a subject matter expert to respond to requests for proposals, quotes and Information, and work with the marketing team in webinars and events. Every day brings new opportunities. One week you could be presenting to the C-suite of a prospect as part of an Executive Briefing, other weeks you could be showcasing a number of bespoke demos, or developing strategic presentations, business reviews or value realisation workshops for our key prospects! In this role you will work with our Aptean TMS solutions: 3T EVENT TMS end-to-end platform that enabling customers to bring visibility, integration and automation to their supply chain. Event has order management integration, carrier management, route planning and optimisation, freight cost and rate management, execution and tracking, all with a robust analytics and reporting capability. Aptean Routing and Scheduling Paragon Edition to solve a wide array of routing scenarios from fixed pre-seeded delivery routes, to complex multi-depot, multi-skilled operations Aptean Live Management software to monitor planned v’s actual routes Aptean Proof Of Delivery for electronic proof of delivery and driver processes Aptean Home Delivery for a complete fulfilment solution allowing choice of delivery slots at point of sale About you Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of experience, with a proven track record working within a Presales, Solution Consulting or relevant role. You are an excellent communicator, with confidence / experience demoing products or presenting with a good understanding of the pre-sales cycle. Ideally, you will also be analytical with a good technical awareness with the ability to break down complex technical concepts. Experience working with Supply Chain Software is a must. Experience of TMS and routing systems is a strong advantage. This is a remote based role serving the Benelux area. You will need to be able to speak Dutch and have good English language too.
