Solutions Consultant – Legal Software

Are you passionate about the chance to bring your experience to a world-class company that is market-leading for both content and technology? We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing UK and European Solution Consulting and Customer Success Team. The Solutions Consultant plays a key role in customer success and the technology evaluation part of the sales process, assisting with selling the value of the Thomson Reuters product suite through channels such as creating demo scripts, delivering demos and presentations to a varied audience to assist close sales and ensure a successful onboarding experience and rollout for the client.

Are you a Technology evangelist? Do you thrive off working with Prospects and Clients to make sure they get the best from their technology investment?

The Solution Consultant plays a key role in the pre-sales process; providing demo support and assistance for our Legal Software solutions, primarily CoCounsel generative AI software products. You will also help drive retention via consultancy, workshops, training or related activities with clients post-sales, so strong relationship building skills are a must.

The successful candidate will become an expert in generative AI, its use cases, and work closely with law firms to understand their pain points and provide guidance through proof of concepts and demos of Thomson Reuters' software solutions.

We are a fast paced, high growth business where we embrace our values and never forget to have fun. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and a self-starter then we would love to hear from you.

· Being the 'face' of the product at industry conferences and other events

· Subject Matter Expert who will advise legal professionals ensuring they fully understand the value that Thomson Reuters Document Intelligence can bring to their business.
