Solutions Consultant ( Lock box Onboarding)
**Job Title:** **Sr. Solution Architect – Commercial Data Transmissions (Lockbox)** **Location:** **Remote** **Duration:** **6 months on W2 potential for extension** **Pay Rate: $45/hr - $50/hr on W2** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Sr. Solution Architect** to join our **Commercial Data Transmissions (Lockbox) team** . working closely with clients to **convert their existing Lockbox from the Image Scan platform to the Deluxe platform** and onboard new clients to both platforms. Additionally, they will **integrate client systems** (ERP, Treasury Workstations, etc.) with the bank's infrastructure using various file exchange and transmission protocols to facilitate seamless payment file exchanges and information reporting. This role also involves collaborating with **Commercial Product Management** to design solutions that enable payment and reporting flows with third-party partnerships. The **Solution Architect** will provide **detailed requirements, technical expertise, and exceptional communication and project management skills** while working with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** + Engage with clients to understand their **ERP systems and integration needs** . + Design and implement solutions for **integrating client systems** with the bank’s payment and information reporting services. + Provide **in-depth knowledge** of **Banking Payment Systems** and file formats (BAI, NACHA, EDI, ISO, etc.). + Serve as a **Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)** in enterprise architecture and integration components. + Act as a **trusted advisor** in payment solutions for strategic clients and partners. + Understand and apply knowledge of **products, technologies, and business** to develop scalable solutions. + Lead clients through **successful integrations** with Payment and Information products via deep technical collaboration. + Identify key **system architecture components** and propose tailored solutions. + Conduct **requirement analysis, functional specification design** , and secure alignment from stakeholders.. + Manage **end-to-end integration projects** , ensuring timely and successful completion + Provide **regular project updates** to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting potential issues. + Serve as a **primary point of contact** for clients during the integration process. + Communicate **technical concepts** effectively to both **technical and non-technical stakeholders** . + Work collaboratively with internal teams, including **IT, security, and product development** , to ensure seamless integration. + Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to **enhance payment product success** by providing customer feedback. + Stay up to date with **industry trends and emerging payment technologies** . **Required Qualifications:** + **Bachelor’s degree** in **information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field** . + **Minimum 5 years of experience** in a similar role, preferably within the **banking or financial services industry** . + Strong understanding of **Lockbox operations, including Deluxe Platform and ImageScan** . **Technical Skills:** + Experience with **Lockbox platforms** (Deluxe and ImageScan). + Expertise in **file transfer integration methods** , including batch processing & file transfer, **ISO (XML), EDI (CSV), and structured plain text (BAI, NACHA, etc.)** . + Proficiency in **APIs, secure file transfer protocols (SFTP), and other integration technologies** .
