The Solution Delivery Analyst I role is to support the planning, design, documentation, development, configuration, and launch of efficient technology-based solutions. The role includes requirements gathering, solution design, documenting design requirements, and developing reports and management dashboards, developing using low-code development tools, configuring systems, integrating systems, and providing consultation on the best use of system capabilities. The Solution Delivery Analyst I requires skills in business intelligence analysis and design, low-code development tools, system configuration, systems integration, business processes, system and process analysis, problem solving, and project management.

Typical candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a field of study pertinent to the position, or they will have at least 1 year of experience in a previous role or position of a similar nature. Successful candidates will be expected to work on assigned tasks reporting progress to project leaders, coaches, supervisors and managers. Successful candidates will follow defined processes and methodologies; they will use tools and techniques provided by managers and may be expected to help draft or select tools as needed. Successful candidates will submit deliverables for review and acceptance before work is accepted as complete. Successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills.

How you will contribute:

Identify, propose, and develop solutions to improve business processes and increase staff productivity Improve business processes through integration, automation, system configuration, and new development Research technologies, techniques, and other possible solutions to improve the business Study the organization's current information systems and procedures and design reports and data visualizations to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively Work in a consultative manner with clients, users, and vendors to improve business processes Solicit needs and requirements information from project owners, end-users, and firm leadership Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements Where applicable, develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on the user requirements Use low-code development tools and platforms to develop and implement effective solutions Create and maintain effective visualizations and analytical reports using Power BI and/or other BI tools Assist in the training of end users and contribute toward the continuous improvement of our internal data capabilities Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution Enable staff to effectively use technology through documentation and knowledge transfer Work on multiple simultaneous projects Work with project managers on large projects

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred 1 year or more of relevant experience Experience analyzing and documenting business processes Experience with software development, system selection, and system implementation projects Expert with Microsoft Office Experience with SharePoint and Visio Experience with low-code development using tools like Microsoft Power Platform
Preferred Qualifications:

3 years or more of relevant experience Experience with Microsoft Power BI Experience with SQL Server or equivalent databases Experience with automated workflow or BPM systems Experience with Walters & Kluwer CCH ProSystem fx Engagement Experience with query and report development using Cognos, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Experience working in an accounting firm, consulting firm, or law firm Experience with Star Practice Management
