The Solutions Delivery Strategists are responsible for designing and delivering business-focused system, solutions, processes and associated standards, and for working with developers and vendors to ensure that all technology initiatives are implemented within the existing or planned technology architecture and framework.  These positions are responsible for both mainframe and distributed computing environments' delivery.

Responsibilities:

Resolves complex problems or transactions where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processesOwns one or more process, report, procedure, or product, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverablesExplains existing system capabilities to key business users. Leverage existing capabilities into solutionsMaintains knowledgebase of systems features and functionality as it relates to the current stateIs a subject matter expert with respect to the business practices and procedures for the business teams that he/she supportsMay supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management roleAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience related experience requiredPrimary focus of role is on day-to-day deliverables, developing solutions based upon subject expertise, and occasionally representing the department at a broader levelExperience partnering and collaborating with client and business teamsExperience partnering with technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teamsAbility to form relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGaining ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makersUnderstanding of software architecture including various architectural techniques and enterprise design systemsFunctional knowledge, including multiple methodologies and tools, and ongoing awareness of evolution within the industry that breeds innovation across the team
