The Cybersecurity Solutions Director will provide operational security capabilities across the Civilian Divisions including supporting Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Security Architecture, Zero Trust, and strategic cybersecurity engagements.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct labor to program for execution as well as business development support for strategic cybersecurity opportunities
Provide unified threat intelligence and cybersecurity expertise across the sector
Manages a group of Cybersecurity Analysts and/or Cybersecurity Engineers in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex cyber-related systems solutions.
Provide cyber operations subject mater expertise across the Civilian Divisions
Support direct customer engagements and business development activities
Act as a strategic cybersecurity advisor to the Division leadership, current and future customers
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
Oversees the development and administration of schedules and performance requirements; has budget responsibilities
Develops and implements strategic, technical, and operational security/infrastructure controls that are properly aligned with business or program goals and objectives
Reviews and prioritizes needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology
Establishes, monitors, and evaluates the performance of cyber program accomplishments based on appropriate measures
Support the pursuit of Cyber opportunities within the Civilian Market with customer meetings, solution discussions, proposal contributions and engaging with internal sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for GDIT growth.
Required: BA/BS or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in in-depth technical leadership of cybersecurity systems and processes.
