• Formulate and create appropriate solutions by combining products and technologies that the company has to offer its clients.

• Product and solution subject matter expert. Able to address questions, concern and provide

recommendations regarding the technicalities of a given product or solution that the company caters for.

• Attend seminars, events, enablement and training from products or solutions that will benefit both the company and personnel. Must be willing to undergo certification training and exam

• Assist sales and account managers in fulfilling client’s technical requirement. Coordinate and collaborate each requirement with our vendor. Examine and validate each requirement and decide what will be the most suitable product or solution. Proposes and present a product or solution if necessary.

• Draft, create and formulate technical presentation materials and project documentation (such as SLA, contracts, project plans, etc.) that will be needed on each opportunity or project.

• Must be willing to be assigned as project manager if needed arises on opportunities that will involve external implementation and deployment with other partners.

• Provide first level support to our clients. Escalate and manage issues that need immediate attention with our vendors and distributors. Provide on-site assistance if needed.

• Work with the IT and Innovations team to resolve IT related issues with systems, network, hardware and software.

• Track, document and report identified issues, if necessary, with precise details to vendors and service provider. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed.

• Participate in technical projects and training not only within the company but to clients as well.

Complete special projects as requested

• IT hardware and software installation, deployment and troubleshooting.

• Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs to the company and to client as well

• Participate on capacity planning, network and systems design and other IT initiatives being rolled out by the company and with clients as well.

• Performs other information technology duties as required to support the work of the IT and Innovations department
