With threat hunters and innovators across the world, we want great people, like YOU, to join our team!          Malwarebytes is looking for...          A dynamic Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving sales of endpoint security solutions for a technical perspective within our organization. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities, while providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales cycle. The individual will be responsible for being the technical resource and bridging the “technical” gap for our sales team with new / existing clients. As a subject matter expert in endpoint security, you’ll provide consultancy for pre-sales solutions in EMEA region concentrating on French speaking countries.  What You’ll Do:  Technical Expertise:  Develop a deep understanding of our endpoint security product suite and industry trends.  Provide technical demonstrations, presentations, and product evaluations to prospective customers.  Address technical questions and concerns raised by customers and partners.  Technically validate opportunities for the business.  Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and identify product enhancements.  Sales Support:  Work closely with sales representatives to identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities in EMEA concentrating on French speaking countries.  Conduct technical needs assessments and propose appropriate solutions.  Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.  Delivery and creation of on-demand Webinars in partnership with Marketing and partners.  Attend partner and industry events where required and promote the company’s solutions.  Update and deliver technical training to Inside Sales org. as per assigned business units.     Customer Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.  Provide technical support, training and assistance as needed to partners.  Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on security best practices and industry trends.   Skills You’ll Need to Have:    Required Qualifications  3+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role within the cybersecurity industry.     Strong understanding of endpoint security concepts, technologies, and best practices.  Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.  Fluent in French and English.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Experience with endpoint security solutions from leading vendors (e.g., CrowdStrike, Symantec, McAfee).  Desired Skills  Experience with cloud-based security solutions.  Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).  Familiarity with threat intelligence and incident response processes.  Experience with salesforce.com or other CRM systems.   Certifications in endpoint security or related fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Additional Notes  This position may require occasional travel to customer sites and events.  The Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Engineering Manager.  Benefits and Perks   Competitive compensation and benefit packages will be provided.  A quickly growing, great work environment that supports growth and development  A company with a strong social element, annual global company off-site, music events and lots of other great stuff
