Solutions Engineering Manager

 

Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for the application and engineering activities for ETO Solutions Projects in Sahibabad plant.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Manage leads and opportunities to quotation Lead the applications team to ensure the best offers are made to the customer Maintain and analyse the Solutions Quote data Ensure that the customer requirements are clearly understood while handover. Lead the design team to ensure timely release of designs satisfying the customer requirements Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for ETO solutions

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

 

Lead time to quote Hit rate Planned vs actual cost of project Lead time for execution

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Minimum:

8 to 10 years’ experience in design of ergonomic handling systems and / or assembly systems Bachelor or preferably Master in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering Good level of English, spoken and written MS Office usage

 

Additional capabilities:

Hands on Experience in CAD software Creo Knowledge of Product Design
