Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to identify best practices, solution improvements, and areas of innovation.Assist in building and managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and partners to drive external innovation and fill key solution needs.Support the Sr. Manager of Solutions Management in developing and maintaining the company-wide Services Catalog.Work closely with the Solutions Architecture team to enable the design of standardized and configurable offerings.Collaborate with the Technology team to leverage vendor relationships and deliver innovative solutions.Work closely with the Pricing and Costing team to ensure effective application of costing models across all solutions and components.Evaluate gaps in delivering value to key segments in collaboration with the Segmentation team.Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), Client Services, Transitions, and other teams to identify best practices, pitfalls, and areas of innovation. Contribute to the development of processes, programs, and tools to foster continuous innovation on existing client accounts.Work with internal stakeholders to develop prototypes and pilots of new services using a build, buy, partner strategy.Support the Sr. Manager of Solutions Management in creating a culture of continuous innovation and improvement across the business and within the Solutions Management function.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to solutions management.Program manage work groups, internal communities of practice, account forums and innovation spotlight programs.#INDCWS
Qualifications:
Ideally 2+ years of experience in a solutions management or similar roleExperience as a program and project managerExperience managing multiple stakeholders in a large, highly-matrixed organizationExperience in identifying new solutions through partnership with start-ups or internal incubatorsSelf-starter, ‘achiever’ mentality with an ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional team within an environment of continuous changeAbility to balance both highly analytical projects and creative programmatic responsibilities indirectly managing groupsDemonstrated ability to contribute to strategic initiatives and execute detailed tasks.Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to change with a problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with Facilities Services or Facilities Management space is a plus.Experience with people-based service offerings (e.g., consulting, legal, janitorial, maintenance) is preferred.Consultative approach to engagement with clients and prospects.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in developing processes, programs, and tools to drive continuous innovation.Champion of fostering a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or accreditation is a plus.Note: Technical knowledge of janitorial and/or maintenance services is not required but can be advantageous in this role. The Solutions Manager will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Solutions Management to support their goals and objectives while contributing to the overall success of the Solutions Management function.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
