Solutions Quoting Business Process Expert - Cambridge, MA
You will be part of an expert team and will act as a consultant for the Configured Solutions Quoting Team, Conga Program team, Solutions Operations Center of Excellence (CoE), Marketing Teams, GBS Teams, Service Teams as well as other cross-functional teams within Operations and the Market. To perform this job successfully an individual must be highly organized, detail focused, and become a subject matter expert in Quoting tools and platforms to support the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. **Your role:** + End-to-end expertise in Configure, Price, Quote platforms driving process harmonization and operational excellence across the business domains (Sofon, Siebel, Conga, SFDC, SAP) + Manage and support the design, build and lead deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) across the value chain using Lean principles and problem solving. + Work with key business stakeholders to prepare business case, scope, assumptions, and deliverables for projects. Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity + Drive process harmonization efforts throughout the Quote to Order value chain, focused on Solution Activation and Harmonization efforts to get to one Solution Quote and offering for our customers + Maintain, develop, and safeguard relevant processes and KPIs according to standard architecture as part of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF). Identify and assess future changes or process improvements to quoting domain. + Able to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship **You're the right fit if:** + Possess strong knowledge of Conga application and experience with SAP/SFDC. + Bachelor’s degree with at least five years' experience in complex, multi-matrix organizations within the healthcare/medical device industry. + Demonstrates advanced analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity, with a knack for developing integrated, creative solutions. + Exhibits excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. + Adaptable, resourceful, and resilient, capable of managing multiple tasks in ambiguous environments, and effective at building consensus and resolving disputes. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
