Solutions Support Executive

Insight is seeking an experienced business development executive to support our Sr. Business Development Managers/Solution Leads in both the eSports and Security verticals in Public Sector. The candidate will work with our Sr. BDM’s/Solution leads to improve processes and interface with internal stakeholders. This role has four customers: our sales teams, our partners, internal partner managers, and Insight’s end clients. A successful candidate will work with each of these groups to improve processes with specific solution areas. The Solution Support Executive will need to be able to learn new trends, partners, and processes, as change is a constant in this position. Insight Public sector has a strong culture and the candidate needs to fit into that in order to have success in this role.      .

Special Pricing 

Work with Sr. BDM’s/Solution Leads on internal and external communication to include: 

Marketing 

Social media 

Emails 

Gaming Community 

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: 

A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience 

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in IT, preferably in Public Sector 

Proven track record of success in driving revenue/GP growth 

Demonstrated ability to learn and understand the business problems and processes and make improvements where possible 

Ability to document situations and propose solutions to resolve issues 

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 

 

The base salary range for this position is typically $90,000 to $100,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
