Sommelier - Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Sommelier is responsible for curating wine lists, assisting guests in wine selection, training staff on wine service, and managing wine inventory. The Sommelier's goal is to enhance the dining experience through expert wine pairings and personalized recommendations, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing wine sales.
