Sonographer
The sonographer operates all ultrasound equipment in order to produce diagnostic images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies according to established procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general exams
• Use US Color Flow Doppler Echo
• Perform TEE and Vascular exams
Requirements:
• Completion of a program in ultrasound from an accredited Ultrasound School
• 5 years' experience in performing ultrasound procedures acceptable
• Must be RDMS registered or registry eligible.
• Position requires the ability to work with all ultrasound equipment, computers, processors, chemicals and other medical equipment and communication devices
• High School diploma required
The range for this position is $34.76 – $57.75 per hour.
