**Overview** Responsible for performing obstetrical and gynecologic ultrasound examinations at a technical level in accordance with department protocols and applicable regulatory requirements. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. **We are offering a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus** **in addition to $5,000 relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.** **Responsibilities** + Produce high quality ultrasound images and obtain appropriate measurements for each exam + Recognize the sonographic appearance of normal and abnormal tissue structures and provide the best image quality for documentation + Instructs and educates patient regarding the ordered test and prepares the patient for the procedure + Able to access PACS, review studies, and perform basic functions for image manipulations. Resolve QA issues, close studies as reviewed, burn CD’s, transfer images, and print from PACS. + Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms + Maintains order, stock, and cleanliness of all areas in the department + Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies + Utilizes resources appropriately and follows facility guidelines, policies, and procedures **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience** + **Graduate of an accredited college or technical program for Diagnostic Medical Sonography** **Required Licensure and Certifications** + RDMS + BLS-CPR **Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training** + Strong oral communications skills + Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people + Strong critical thinking skills + Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes + Ability to manage multiple priorities While you’re busy impacting the healthcare industry, we’ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and more! \#newgradimaging #ImagingFargo **Pay Range** $33.60 - $48.73 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
