Every day, approximately 20 percent of the hospital’s patients have traveled from outside of Arizona and the United States to seek treatment at St. Joseph’s. **Responsibilities** Join our Diagnostic Imaging Center as we are seeking an Ultrasound Diagnostic Tech II to join our team who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patients to performs all levels of ultrasound procedures related to specialty assist with evaluations of equipment and procedures and act as a liaison for ultrasound interdepartmental procedures. Performs General ultrasound Interventional Ultrasound and high risk OB exams as ordered. Reviews & presents test results for physician interpretation. Prioritizes exams and workflow. Performs exams portably and interdepartmentally. Located in Phoenix AZ this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health. **Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** HS Diploma/GED One year continuous experience performing ultrasound in a clinical setting Completion of ARDMS or ARRT approved ultrasound training program or hospital-based ultrasound training program ARDMS or ARRT registered **PREFERRED:** ARDMS or ARRT registered in at least two subspecialties Two years continuous experience performing ultrasound in a clinical setting A.A. or higher college level degree **Pay Range** $51.26 - $51.26 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
