Sonographer - Per Diem - San Diego

This is a casual (per diem) position with an 8-hour varied shift, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The role also requires participation in call rotation with staff (1-2 shifts per month) and is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego located in the Hillcrest.

Required Qualifications:

One of the following: 1) Associate of Science Degree Certification in Ultrasound in a school that is accredit. 2) Successful completion of a formal educational program in an AMA approved school of ultrasound with a minimum of 500 hours of clinical in the specialty required. 3) Registered in the specialty that you are applied for by ARDMS or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with at least 1 year of full-time experience required ARDMS or CCIARDMS or CCIBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart AssociationExcellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

ARDMS (AB, OBGYN, BR)1-2 years’ experienceImaging experience in a hospital or clinic settingKnowledge of patient focused care delivery
