**Job Title: Sorter - 1st Shift** **Job Description** The Production Sorter is responsible for completing inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring the finished product meets customer specifications. This position is crucial in maintaining quality control. **Responsibilities** + Conduct inspections of in-process materials and in-process finished products to meet customer specifications. + Advise Shift Supervisor and Production Floor Associates when inspection results do not meet customer specifications. + Replenish supplies and materials required for assigned areas. + Support and follow the guidelines of the Safe Quality Food (SQF) program. + Stand, stoop, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods of time. + Lift up to 50lbs occasionally. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. **Essential Skills** + Sorting + 1+ year of general labor experience + 1-2 years of job tenure in previous roles **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous warehouse experience is a plus **Why Work Here?** We offer weekly pay, good benefits, 2 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays plus 1 floating day, and annual reviews with an average raise of 3%.
