The focus includes fostering strong vendor relationships, managing item maintenance, exceeding KPIs, establishing and maintaining standard work procedures, initiating and driving problem-solving and continuous improvement in planning and buying activities. This position will be responsible for managing the product shipped direct from the supplier to our customers and DSO warehouses. Facilitate problem resolution related to purchases, pricing discrepancies and receipt to invoice reconciliation. · Support DSO Planning team with PO and invoice reconciliation for Mitsubishi. · Implement corrective actions and counter measures to meet customer service and material availability targets. · Create & manage requisitions/POs in Coupa for indirect buying including team equipment needs. + Accountable for item maintenance, including the creation and enrichment of model numbers, updating and superseding SKUs, and establishing attributes and categories. + Develop and maintain positive working relationships across departments including sales, order management, accounts payable, finance, pricing, warehousing, product management, SIOP, engineering, procurement, logistics, and DSO planners to support warehouse replenishments and dealer direct orders. + Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers. + Utilize Servigistics, Oracle BI Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau. + Monitor and maintain Trane Technologies metrics and KPIs and reporting as needed. + Create and maintain tools, reports and presentations. + Must apply Operational Excellence tools 9 Step / A3 Thinking **What you will bring:**   + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and balance priorities. + Strong customer focus with the ability to react quickly to meet customer needs. + Strong analytical skills. + Ability to communicate with different departments and levels in the organization. + Ability to communicate less than popular decisions while maintaining and enhancing relationships for future interactions. + Ability to thrive in a team environment. + Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
