Responsibilities Join the Genesis Human Resources team as a Sourcer where you will be responsible to assist Genesis recruiters and hiring managers by identifying qualified healthcare candidates using various sourcing strategies. *Conduct intake meeting with internal Genesis recruiter/hiring manager to ensure understanding of position requirements and location needs in order to present viable candidates. *Source candidates through cold calling, resume mining, email blast campaigns, networking, internet searches and other methods to meet talent demands. *Review resume and credentials of interested candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, license and knowledge. *Communicate the Genesis mission, values, benefits and employee value proposition to candidates so as provide a compelling message about why candidates would want to work for Genesis. *Prescreen candidates using approved tools and presents written information to recruiters or nursing center as appropriate. *Add candidate information to Genesis applicant tracking system to reference for current and future vacancies. *Provide regular updates to recruiters/hiring managers regarding sourcing results for assigned positions. *Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities in accordance and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications *Bachelor's/Associates degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline-or equivalent experience is required. *Two to five years of experience in recruiting, recruiting support, sourcing, or online research; healthcare industry is highly preferred. *Must have an intermediate level working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
