Sourcing Analyst
Job Title: Sourcing Data Analyst + This is a *Hybrid Position* requiring employees to work in office in Murrysville, PA on a 3/2 schedule + Power BI Software experience required Job Description: We are looking for a Sourcing Data Analyst to play a crucial role in a critical strategic software initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to support the reconciliation and maintenance of SAP part data, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data management, and cementing KPI trends via data visualization for the Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for mining, verifying, inputting, analyzing, and creating data visuals for large volumes of data, which will directly impact our team’s operational efficiency, cost savings opportunities, and sourcing flexibility. Responsibilities + Data Mining, Verifying, Entry, Analysis (75% of the work) + Update tracker and add parts to the mass upload SAP file + Verify successful uploads + Update the Source List and PIR to maintain accurate records and track progress + Work with sensitive data and ensure data integrity + Collaborate with the team to improve the SAP data maintenance process + Coordinate with Sourcing on project execution and progress to timeline + Data Visualization (25% of the work) + Leverage PowerBI to bring existing data to life for Strategic Sourcing and Procurement + Pull data from SAP and the data lake + Create data visuals for Global Procurement KPIs, creating historical views, sliced by Global, Regional, Plant, and Buyer + Create data visuals for Strategic Sourcing KPIs, sliced by Category, Category Manager, Global, Regional, and Plant Essential Skills + Proficient in Microsoft Excel + Experience with SAP + Data analysis and data input skills + Proven experience in PowerBI + 2-5 years of experience within Sourcing, Supply Chain, or related fields + Degree in a relevant field Additional Skills & Qualifications + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Open and honest communication, both written and spoken + High emotional intelligence + Collaboration and individual leadership + Personal and professional development + Ability to leverage technology and data to tell a story Work Environment Mon-Fri, 8am – 4:30pm, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
