About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Category Manager reporting into the Network Services Sourcing team. The team has a diversity of Sourcing experts working on different category and supplier relationship management engagements. A Sourcing Category Manager is expected to maintain partnership with hundreds of suppliers in Telecommunication and Information Technology market, manage suppliers’ cost and engage with stakeholders enabling Ericsson to deliver world class services with the highest cost efficiency.
What you will do:
Executing RFx process as needed.Evaluate and select suppliers for projects.Develop and implement Category Strategies for MANA.Drive Sourcing KPIs such as cost reduction for assigned Category.Ensure full compliance with Sourcing process and Ericsson directives.Ensure supplier agreement implementation with critical contractual T&Cs.Conduct supplier contractual and pricing negotiations to gain value for Ericsson.
The skills you bring:
Education, 4-years degree. Advanced Degree preferable.Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Sourcing & Supplier management exposure.Good understanding of IT and Telecom services scopes.Has good business and financial acumens.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent supplier and stakeholders’ management skills.Familiarity with Network Site Services is a plus.
