Job Description:

 As a Sourcing & Compliance Audit Program Manager, you will be responsible for conducting and managing high-risk supplier audits with the primary focus on Labor, Ethics, Environment, Health & Safety, and Supply Chain management. This role will also be expected to support local and overseas stakeholders relating to the previously mentioned primary focus topics. You will be expected to collaborate with and support the RBA Compliance Program team and other key department stakeholders in executing team priorities and to support critical compliance projects/programs to reach desired business results and meeting our company and department level goals and targets.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support, conduct and manage compliance focused audits of high-risk suppliers.

·       Manage the supplier audit timelines.

·       Manage and drive closure of supplier corrective and preventative actions.

·       Monitor compliance of Micron suppliers to applicable compliance policies and procedures concerning Procurement and supplier engagement.

·       Represent and support the Responsible Sourcing & Compliance program for Micron including Strategic development, program design and deliverables, metrics, etc.

·       Provide support for internal and external procurement audits and reporting. This would include RBA VAP audits. This would also include local and overseas support.

·       Promote the culture of continuous improvement in the procurement global compliance processes and tools.  Focus would be on enforcement of policies and procedures and increased employee awareness.

·       Support the compliance of Global Procurement to established internal due diligence policies and procedures.

·       Provide support in communicating Responsible Sourcing & Compliance related updates to suppliers and customers.

·       Drive supplier accountability through both partnership and enforcement of corrective actions.

·       Help or support Responsible Sourcing & Compliance process escalations. Ensure accountability and resolution of issues that are raised through the process.

·       Partner with Corporate Functions (Procurement, Legal, EHS, Sustainability, HR, and Trade Compliance) to design and implement compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas and design effective controls based on those assessments.

·       Support global Compliance communication efforts.

·       Collaborate well with internal stakeholder teams to ensure overall Responsible Sourcing compliance.

·       Conduct or support training for Procurement team members and key stakeholders on policies, responsibilities, and expectations related to the Responsible Sourcing and Compliance program.

·       Conduct or support training to Suppliers on policies, responsibilities, and expectations related to the Responsible Sourcing and Compliance Program.

·       Ensure that Responsible Sourcing & Compliance program policies, procedures and metrics are updated to reflect current processes or practices.

Job Requirements:

·       Master / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, or related Engineering field.

·       Experience or knowledge in supplier auditing practices would be preferred.

·       Background in Supply Chain, EHS, Sustainability, or Labor related topics would be a plus.

·       Program/Project Management experience would be an added advantage.

·       Broad technical experience or knowledge in root cause, problem solving, and data analysis methodologies.

·       Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.

·       Have a global perspective and a positive attitude that is well-suited for working across different regions.

·       Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently.

·       Domestic and International travel would be required as needed.

·       Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

·       Proficient in O365.
