Job Summary
 

What this job involves

Provide support of JLL, client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Responsible for developing supplier and operational services; leading and executing service sourcing strategies for multi-site facility and project services. Candidate will identify, lead, execute initiatives, manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities and issues, and ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio.
 


 

Support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.Closely participate in and with client and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Perform periodic market trend analysis in the specific categories, analyzing supplier base, industry changes, etc.  Report analysis to JLL Facilities Account Director in a client ready form.Responsible for implementation, coordination, and communication of regional and national programs.Provide management, instruction, and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Summarize RFP bids in client ready form.Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. Such as tracking COIs and performing audits, new vendor set up, drafting new contracts and amendments etc. and performing contract expiration audits, quarterly reporting, vendor contract summary and updating vendor detailed contact list.Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.Conduct local and regional Quarterly Supplier Performance review meetings and manage supplier scorecards, SLA/KPI compliance and calculate possible fees at risk.Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers. Lead reporting of results and opportunitiesEstablish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.Support and assist development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings. Track and report on quarterly diversity spend to client.Recommend JLL Preferred Supplier vendors to Facilities teamSupport JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical AbilityExcellent communication skills – oral and written.Knowledge of Sourcing platforms such as Bravo, Jaggaer etc. is helpfulOne to two years Sourcing or related experience a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasked assignments and strict timelines.Understand legal documents with familiarity of 3rd party vendor contracting and COI compliance process.Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
