Who will you be working with?
You will be working with SCM & Engineering & Quality & Production team to ensure all customer’s requirement(NPD) are achieved on time & on quality & under budget.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the SCM team, you will be responsible for completing project sourcing and KPI target, include of supplier investigation, selection, development & qualify, achieve annual cost saving. And support the leader to improve procedure flow.
What do we want to know about you?
College degree or above major in commercial or engineering.Experience in project sourcing (investigation/development/selection suppliers, cost analysis and controlling), project management and cost reduction.Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years above in sourcing area and global team working experience.Good English skill with fluent conversational communication ability.Must be a team player and able to build strong relationship internally and externally.Must be growth mindset and result driving. Certificate in CPSM, SCMP, CIPS or other equivalent purchasing certification as plus.What will your typical day look like?
Work directly with global internal team to develop new projects, follow up project progress from kick off until sample approval.New product inquiry, price and contract terms negotiation to achieve competitive cost.Monitoring marketing changes, supplier capabilities and industry development to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.Identifying & evaluating & selecting potential suppliers to support business development based on quality, cost, service. Evaluating suppliers’ performance, conducting audits and implementing improvement initiatives. Managing supplier relationships, resolving technical issues between customer and supplier during development to ensure timely supply.Supplier tooling management (Contract, payment, qualification) Assist supply chain manager in cost reduction negotiations to achieve company objectives. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, regulations and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.Other tasks as and when assigned by superior.Who are we?
