Role Overview: As the Procurement & Sourcing Lead, you will lead our procurement and sourcing function for a key contract, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for our clients operations. Your strategic insights will drive the company's growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier relationships and streamline procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives and client needs.Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery, while adhering to quality and budgetary requirements.Monitor market trends and leverage industry insights to make informed sourcing decisions.Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory levels, minimize supply chain risks, and enhance overall efficiency.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements impacting procurement and sourcing activities.Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members to achieve departmental and company goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Solid progressive experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably within the facilities management sector.Proven track record of successfully leading procurement initiatives, optimizing supply chains, and achieving cost savings.Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $185,300.00 - $218,000.00
