What you will do

Join our team as a Sourcing Lead, driving strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. You'll lead efforts in negotiation, supplier management, and project execution, focusing on cost reduction, new product development, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation. Make a lasting impact by shaping our supply base and delivering value-driven solutions.

Drive the implementation of best-in-class processes for a strategic sourcing organization

Collaborate with commodity teams to develop and execute strategic commodity plans and consolidation strategies

Conduct sourcing analyses, cost evaluations, and make-vs-buy assessments to optimize decision-making

Support contract negotiations and develop robust contract strategies

Identify supply base risks and implement effective mitigation plans

Analyze market conditions and technology trends to inform commodity and supplier strategies

Contribute to the establishment and achievement of cost standards for annual budgets

Develop and manage supplier scorecards and lead key supplier business reviews

What you need

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field

4 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Supply Management, or a related field with a focus on procurement, planning or  supplier management

Preferred:

APICS certification

Industry experience in FDA-regulated environments, Medical Devices, cGMP, Pharmaceuticals, or Aerospace sectors

Travel Percentage: 20%
