Manage the In-Home sales process - Lead, train and inspire In-Home sales teamCoordinate and track incoming leads (Walkin, phone calls, internet, referrals)Assist with lead generationWorking with advertising agency on commercials and messagingWork with internet provider (organic lead generation and pay per click)Monitor, track and improve results on lead generation and productivityWork with team to have highly trained, educated, knowledgeable team that can meet the needs of the various customers and productsResponsible for tracking, maintaining product samples, brochures, point of sale tools, ride along sales training, role playing and showroom trainingWork with team to assure best products in showroom are up to date, serviceable and cleanMaintain showroom presence as neededParticipate in management and sales meetingsDevelop and refine an overall strategy for In-Home sales – raise the morale and create a customer focus/can do work environmentIncrease sales and sales force to fit needsJob site, In-Home and showroom dutiesWorks with Operations/Production Manager, Install and Service teamsQualifications:
-Must have window/door industry experince
-Must have proven sales experience
-Past management experince is a plus
-Basic computer skills (office products)
-Must be able to communicate via call and email
-Bachelors degree preferred , must have high school/GED
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00
