We are looking for a Sourcing Project Manager to initiate, plan, and design projects with great execution and control to be delivered to timeline while maintaining quality and cost targets.

Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be driving the procurement agenda in a matrix environment, working both cross-functionally and globally in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
You will be part of an international team of Sourcing Project Managers, where you will be responsible for sourcing projects for more product lines in the HydronicS Division – Building Solutions.
Your key tasks will be to:
Take the lead and facilitate cost optimizations by building pipeline, implementing pipeline and follow-up with stakeholders. Represent procurement and lead the procurement workstreams in NPD and NVC projects. Demonstrate hands-on project management within Cost Down, NPD and NVC’s. Networking and developing strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with internal stakeholders (RD&E, Product Portfolio, Operations, Procurement).In scope will be projects and tasks with levers from Resourcing, Technical and Process and you will be leading, supporting or driving the changes in preparation and execution.

Proven experience with project management, engineering, technology. Experience (commercial, technical and process) with EMS, Electronics and Electromechanics is an advantage. MS Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint, on high-level is a must SAP related purchasing processes is an advantage. Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards incl PPAP and change management English skills, both written and spoken, on high-level is a must.
