ソーシングおよび購買グループ マネージャーは、サプライ チェーン管理組織内のすべての活動、つまり購買とソーシングに責任を負います。また、コストを削減することでセンターの損益のコスト最適化にも貢献します。
直接購入または間接購入に関係なく、ソーシングおよび購買グループ マネージャーは、センターの競争力とパフォーマンスに貢献するために、センターの調達カテゴリ戦略とセンター内のサプライヤー関係管理を行い、およびすべての調達活動の計画と管理に責任を負います。
Job Description
The sourcing & purchasing Group Manager is responsible for all activities within the Supply Chain Management Organization, i.e. Purchasing and Sourcing. And as well as contribute to cost optimization for the center P&L by decreasing its cost.
Independently of direct purchase or indirect purchase, the sourcing & purchasing group manager is responsible for implementation of the center procurement category strategy and supplier relation management in the center as well as planning and control of all procurement activities in order to contribute to the center competitiveness and performance.
The Sourcing & Purchasing Group Manager is accountable to manage the Group members to let all buyers show their best performance. He/she needs to coordinate with other disciplines / departments / centers etc. as required

義務と責任 測定と KPI
1 - 安全性と IMS (Industrial Management System)
• 「ALEJ の HSE ポリシー」と「ALEJ の品質ポリシー」、および年間の「HSE の優先目標」と「品質管理の優先目標」を尊重する
• サプライヤーのパフォーマンスを確保する (HSES と持続可能性 (CSR、倫理など))
• 調達プロセスと手順で適用されるコード、規制、ルール (IMS / ISO を含む) に準拠する
2 - 品質
• PO プロセス中に TRS 要件を満たすように、購入したアイテムの品質と納期を確保する
• すべてのバイヤーがプロジェクト調達計画 (PPP) に従い、それを活用し、PO プロセスに遅延がないようにする。
3 - 財務貢献
• 契約内容と範囲内での LD および/または補償の請求
• 調達部部長が設定した「プロジェクト予算に対するコスト削減」の目標を達成する。
• 提案段階および発注プロセスで、与えられたエンジニアリング時間の確保する
• サプライヤーに対する潜在的なクレームを特定し、バイヤーを含むプロジェクト チームに指示/アドバイスを行う
4 - 運用効率
• プロジェクトの受注に貢献するために、B ミーティング前に調達品目の提案コスト (コスト削減を見こした競争力のあるコスト) と納期情報を提供するサポート
• プロジェクト購買に関し、競争力のあるサプライヤーを選択し、関係承認者へ提案することをサポートする。
• グローバルおよび他のセンターの調達チームと協力して、競争力のあるサプライヤーを開発する
• コスト、作業効率などを改善するための改善案を提案する。
Duties & Accountabilities Measurement & KPIs
1 - Safety and IMS
Respect “HSE policy of ALEJ” and “Quality Policy of ALEJ” and annual “Priority target of HSE” & “Priority target of quality management”
Secure the supplier's performance (HSES and sustainability (CSR, Ethics etc.))
Comply with applicable code, regulation and rules (incl. IMS / ISO) in procurement process and procedure
2 - Quality
Secure the quality and delivery of purchased item to meet TRS requirement during PO process
Ensure all buyers to follow and utilize Project Procurement Plan (PPP) and no delay on PO process.
3 - Financial Contribution
Claim of LD and/or compensation within the scope and term of contract
Achieve the target for "budget saving to project budget" set by Procurement dept. manager
Secure given engineering hours in proposal phase as well as PO process
Identification of potential claim to the suppliers and instruct / advise the project team including buyer
4 - Operative effectiveness
Support providing proposal cost (competitive cost w/ buyout) and delivery information for procured items before B-meeting in order to contribute project award
Support providing sourcing decisions with competitive supplier for project purchasing to the relevant approvers for the approval.
Development of the competitive supplier with cooperation global and other centers procurement team
Propose improvement ideas to improve cost, work efficiency etc.

学士号
調達分野、サプライ チェーン管理またはグローバル ソーシングでの 8 年間の実務経験
3 年間の管理職経験
特定のトレーニングまたは認定資格
日本語が母国語で、英語が流暢
<能力>
英語で海外のサプライヤーから購入経験があること
交渉スキルに優れている
調達に関連する日本の法律と規制に関する知識があること
さまざまな事業分野と事業開発の経験があること
国際的な経験があること (海外駐在または世界規模)
顧客対応業務があること
SAP の経験があること (あれば有利)
Microsoft の知識があること (Excel、Word、Powerpoint など)

Bachelor Degree
8 years of working experience within procurement discipline or Supply Chain Management or Global Sourcing
3 years managerial experience
Specific Training or Certification
Native Japanese and Fluent English
<Competencies>
Experience purchasing from overseas suppliers in English
Good negotiation skill
Knowledge of Japanese law and regulation related to procurement
Mix of business lines and business development experiences
International exposure (expatriation or worldwide scope)
Customer facing role
Experience of SAP (will be an advantage)
Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
