Sourcing Solution Manager - What this job involves
Manage, lead, and create the Sourcing & Procurement Solution Development (Sales) tasks for assigned industry vertical. These roles holistically create a total end-to-end Sourcing solution for new business deals; including net new clients, expanding accounts, and renewals of existing accounts. This role will also create and present written and verbal responses and marketing collateral to effectively demonstrate the solution we created. This position must be an independent thinker, have strong executive presence, demonstrate creativity for unique/unknown client requests, manage both strategic and tactical details, and have extraordinary problem-solving skills to never allow a roadblock to stop them.
Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program managementReview all RFP client documents to develop a detailed Sourcing Strategy; including category specific strategies, resource models, cost-savings ideas, innovations, and creative approach to differentiate JLL from our competitorsEngage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing ProgramEngage suppliers to challenge the status quo, seek savings glidepaths, benchmarks or an underwritten solution for each categoryAnalyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilitiesNegotiate with suppliers to ensure we have accurately underwritten pricing assumptionsProvide/support technical written responses to client RFP questions where relates to Sourcing & ProcurementAbility to understand and identify contractual terms impacting Sourcing & Procurement; establish relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure all contractual terms are compliantAbility to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL in winning and solutioning new business for JLLWork with Category Management to partner on periodic market trend analysisResponsible for development, implementation, coordination and communication of industry and national programsSupport Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliersEnsure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirementsAbility to collaborate with counterparts and peers globally to develop uniform and succinct solution for global clientsSound like you? 165,600.00 – 216,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
