Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join their Procurement team. Some of the tasks this Procurement Specialist will handle are working with Purchase Orders, vendor relations, vendor management, working with internal teams and vendors in regards to supply chain management, monitor and clean up and past purchase orders, updating their internal system with any findings, monitor reporting, handle price requests and collecting quotes from different vendors when sourcing for components, raw materials, completed goods etc. Previous ERP system experience is required. This specialist will be responsible for communicating/following up with the vendors and updating information in ERP systems as well as working with a variety of different teams such as legal, procurement, supply chain, R&D, and New Product Development. $30-$35/R We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: * 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, supply chain or procurement project management. * Experience working in highly regulated environments. * Ability to interact and interface with key stake holders from multiple teams including legal, R&D, NPD, Procurement * Previous experience working within Medical Technologies -- specifically under the J&J umbrella * Bachelors Degree in a relevant Field * Previous experience within ERP systems * Previous experience with vendor relations, vendor follow pricing negotiations Plusses: * Previous experience within ERP systems such as SAP null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
