We're seeking a dynamic professional to support our Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing service operations and sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operationsLead field resources in executing strategic initiativesCollaborate with clients, JLL Sourcing, and Facility/Property Management teams to drive immediate and long-term benefitsConduct periodic market trend analysis and report findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholdersImplement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programsSupport supplier relationship management and performance programsGuide operations teams through RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processesEnsure compliance with JLL's policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethicsLiaise with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual termsManage work priorities and resolve issues to ensure client satisfactionSupport diversity programs and mentor suppliersLead Preferred Supplier performance review meetingsAssist with JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or related fieldBilingual (English/Spanish)Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skillsProven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office applicationsProject management and business transitions experience preferred
