Job Title: Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
This position executes the sourcing process for assigned business areas and administers policies and programs directed towards providing contracted services and materials. The role involves preparing simple sourcing agreements containing limited changes to standard terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
+ Execute the sourcing process for assigned areas.
+ Interact with operating business units, legal experts, and ISC personnel.
+ Engage with the supplier community and industry analysts.
+ Analyze responses to bid requests and distill commercial differences.
+ Provide recommendations for selecting the appropriate supplier for contract award.
+ Conduct simple negotiations successfully.
+ Lead and/or participate in sourcing project teams.
+ Recommend and communicate sourcing strategy, progress, and results to supervision and ISC management.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers.
+ Conduct industry analysis and evaluate supplier performance.
+ Provide market data to support supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing performance management.
+ Drive down the total cost of ownership.
+ Participate in sourcing data analysis, forecasting, and planning.
+ Develop new sources of supply and monitor ongoing supplier performance.
+ Assist in managing external spend.
+ Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for corporate guidelines, legal, and environmental regulations.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience
+ Knowledge of contracts and negotiation experience
+ Experience producing procurement reports
+ SAP experience
+ Salesforce experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred
+ Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
This position is on-site in Juno Beach with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The individual will get the chance to work alongside the executive team and network with a broad array of individuals.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $34.00/hr.
