We are currently seeking a motivated and detail orientated Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement Team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, as well as a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities and building strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities –
Stakeholder and vendor management Build high quality relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Manage sourcing activities – supplier selection, negotiations and ensuring cost effective strategies Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services. Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems & Microsoft office Suite Assist in the development and application of best practice systems for the supply chain including – shipping, warehousing, courier management, inventory management, reporting, and KPI’s Possess financial analysis and modelling skills to effectively demonstrate the commercial rationale behind procurement decisions to key stakeholders
Skills and Experience –
Tertiary qualifications in business / commerce preferred Minimum 5 years supply chain experience across multiple categories preferred Experience in the hospitality or facilities management industry particularly in remote locations an advantage Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word High level self-organisational skills
