As a Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement, you'll take ownership for the sourcing and buying process. You will provide support to cross-functional teams on a variety of projects that will require your knowledge and contribution. Using your knowledge of the market and vendors, you will build trusted relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
As a Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for:
· Placing/following-up PO executions per operation needs against assigned in-direct and direct vendors, managing the suppliers on-time delivery performance/support invoices issues fixing.
· Co-working with suppliers for the assigned direct material commodities for global sites.
· Leading Changzhou site relevant in-direct sourcing activities/RFQ/bid comparison process. Negotiating price/service/warranty/other commercial terms with suppliers, to meet with business needs.
· Bridging between internal stakeholder and vendors，working with teams to support direct purchases for global manufacturing sites.
· Maintaining Supplier master data system parameter, providing necessary reports/data analysis for management purpose when needed.
· Taking the extra job assigned by manager.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor or above in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
· Have 3+ years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
· Have excellent ability to communicate globally both in English and Mandarin.
· Have good cross-functional and international team experience, with project management skills.
· Be familiar with SAP.
