This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes
How you will contribute
You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

Purpose of this role:
Be accountable for the strategy implementation of facility management and energy, utilities
Be responsible for the commercial relationship between Mondelēz International and the vendors, including internal stakeholders: Procurement, Plants, Legal, HSE, etc
Indirect service / FME business knowledge is preferred to negotiate the best cost for Mondelēz International. The buyer is responsible for the development and execution of projects to deliver productivity and incremental gross margin.
Main responsibilities:
Sourcing Management, FME
Ensures Strategy Execution for AMEA FME; Drive Productivity and improvements through Simplification, Scale, and Operational Excellence.
Be in charge of Sourcing activities
Elaborates Bid documentation (Bid Records/Waivers and SAF / CAF) and follow up approval process according to the company policy until the whole process is completed.
Develops and execute productivity initiatives by leveraging cross-functional resources within Mondelez Supply Chain and Procurement Teams.
Develops/Executes SRM and BCP Plan
Project Management
Leads regional projects assigned and act as focal procurement point of contact and ensure flawless execution (on time and within allocated costs).
Manages relationship with suppliers and Internal stakeholders during the bid; ensure complete information transparency to all stakeholders.
Actively participates in global/regional initiatives and ensure implementation in regional assigned.
Compliance, Risk Management, Reporting and others
Ensures consistent and clear Bid documentation and acts as focal point of contact at regional level when an audit is required for the spend area.
Works with Legal department to set up the corresponding contracts and ensures its compliance and standardization.
Be accountable as owner of the price list for actuals and forecasts according to responsibility
Fully complies with Mondelēz International Procurement and Code of Conduct Policies
Holistic Assessment of the Business Risks (short term/medium term/long term), Develop Mitigation and Business Continuity Plans by engagement and alignment with Internal and External Business Stakeholders to ensure execution of the agreed plans within timelines.
