DESCRIPTION:
You will be sourcing and screening candidates, acting as a consultant to recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing detailed assessments for candidates and recommending offer amounts using offer tools and processes. This role is accountable for managing interactions with candidates in accordance with employment law and in a manner that enhance the firm's visibility and reputation with target competitors and candidate sources, as well as position SSR as an employer of choice.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prescreens candidates for all levels and submits top picks to Sourcing team lead or HR Partners After screening is completed, present qualified candidate(s) to Sourcing team lead for further review Develop candidate pipelines for specific positions assigned Actively champion diversity recruitment strategies Works with the HR Coordinator to coordinate interviews as needed Maintains and documents candidate communication within the ATS Ensure completion of candidate transfer to next appropriate team member and close the loop with candidate Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for positions assigned from HR partner or Sourcing Manager On a weekly basis, track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with teams Supports corporate recruiting initiatives such as college relation programs and job fairs Effectively utilize current sourcing tools in place while also searching out other sourcing tools that prove to be beneficial in finding candidate information Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going candidate relationship management to generate leadsKNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resources Information Management systems and database administration Working knowledge of key sources for candidates and how to create a sourcing network Knowledge of Employment policies, procedures, laws, standards, immigration and government regulationsSKILLS and ABILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in Human Resources or comparable field with two years of applicable experience OR Master’s degree in Human Resources or comparable field with one year of applicable experience Experience verbally screening/interviewing and "selling" opportunities to passive candidates Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.) Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) +2 years of sourcing experiencePHYSICAL DEMANDS: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
