Our Labor & Services Purchasing Organization is at the forefront of strategic sourcing for services and contract labor, aligning with our business objectives to drive success.

Responsibilities

Contract Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of contracts, focusing on M&E services for our Dutch and Belgian (French-speaking) sites.Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the supply market and suppliers. Lead strategic sourcing projects, including market analysis and strategy development.Collaboration: Partner with functional and business teams to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies.Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms for both spot orders and long-term contracts.Supplier Relationships: Manage and nurture commercial relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance against key indicators.Compliance: Ensure adherence to work process governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. A technical degree is a major advantage.Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch, English, and preferably French.
