The Opportunity

Under general supervision, supports sourcing and procurement for assigned area/category/site/special projects.Reviews projects to understand internal client needs, savings opportunities, project deliverables and timelines.Develops new sources of supply and participates in negotiating contracts within specified spending limits.Provides instruction and follow-up to support operations teams with standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.Maintains contract files and ensures compliance with necessary contract documentation requirements.Improves systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent4+ years' procurement/supply management experienceSAP knowledge and ideally AribaPurchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) would be preferred.Strong time management and communication skills as well as a strong drive for resultsExcellent computer skills with the ability to work in diverse applications.Fluency in English and German.
