We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to join our fast-paced recruitment team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential candidates, ensuring that our talent pipeline is strong and diverse. In this role, you will focus on proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks such as LinkedIn. As a Recruiter, you will be expected to actively source, screen, and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The role requires strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. As a part of the team, you will gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while developing your skills in candidate engagement, end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and assisting with the onboarding process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sourcing + Work closely with the India and US recruitment team to build and maintain a talent pipeline for all the open requisition. + Research, identify, and approach passive candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn. + Screen and source resumes, then share them with the US recruiting team to identify and recruit the most suitable candidates + Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interest in the role. + Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role and candidate requirements. + Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Reporting and Data Management: + Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). + Generate reports on recruitment metrics such as candidate sourcing, interview-to-hire ratios, and time-to-fill. + Keep up with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes. Education and Experience + A bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent degree + Comfortable working with digital tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). + Attention to detail, time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities + Knowledge on US recruitment and legal requirements. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment + Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with candidates and hiring managers. + Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work Environment/Physical Demands + The role requires working a few hours overlapping with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone. + You are expected to have a reliable work-from-home setup to effectively support remote work. + While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday. + This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
