Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a Sous Chef for the cast member dining backstage at Disneyland in Los Angles, California. The Sous Chef will support all culinary operations at Disney Land Eat Ticket Café responsibilities including hands on cooking and food ordering, and overseeing the food safety program with a focus on excellent customer experience

 

The successful candidate will: 

work hands-on with the team to meet and exceed business needssupervise, develop, and mentor staffassist with procurement and purchasinghelp create interpersonal relationships with clients and customers 

 

 The ideal candidate will have the following:

communication skillscooking experiencesuccessful customer service skills  a valid driver’s license is required for this positionflexibility in scheduling: shift will include weekdays, nights, and weekends
