Our Sous Chefs assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times.

 

Full Time:  Monday - Friday - Weekends as needed

 

Pay Range: $25/hr

 

Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?

Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and
scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastesAssists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,
equipment and suppliesAssist in organizing the kitchen and scheduleMaintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary mannerTrain and develop new kitchen associates

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerBe a progressive and creative thinkerBe a high school graduate (preferred)Have 3 years of professional culinary experience1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
