**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Rotating Shift **Description:** **Position Purpose** As a Sous Chef, you will assist in supervising, directing, and planning culinary operations to ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-efficient food services. Working under the guidance of the Executive Chef and General Manager, your leadership will elevate customer and resident satisfaction through exceptional food preparation, presentation, and service. **What You Will Do** + Supervise culinary staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and sanitation protocols. + Prepare and serve appetizing meals in line with therapeutic diet needs and standardized recipes. + Plan and organize food production to meet daily schedules and special events. + Maintain compliance with safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and HACCP standards. + Support inventory management, ordering, and storage of supplies. + Foster a collaborative and warm environment that reflects Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values **Minimum Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of cooking experience preferred.
