Reporting to the Concierge Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, show your passion for food and help design and build a brand-new kitchen in the coming year to support a growing hospital! The **Sous Chef** will support a team of frontline culinary associates and be responsible for all back of the house operations in retail, catering and patient services. **What You'll Do** + Directly manage retail and catering cooks. Maintains all staff schedules. Covers schedules on an as needed basis. + Responsible for yearly evaluation and goals for cooks. + Implementation and standardization of all culinary systems and procedures for unit through the direction of system wide initiatives. + Manages all aspects of the retails and catering menu. + Conducts walk through of all areas. + Maintains the Food Management System. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
