Assist in leading the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus and uphold culinary excellence.Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP regulations.Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs to uphold Sofitel’s commitment to quality and service.Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control, rostering, and cost management.Focus on lunch/dinner à la carte service and hotel banquetingWork closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior leadership role in a luxury or high-end dining environment.Must have strong experience in à la carte dining and high-volume banqueting, delivering exceptional quality in both fast-paced and fine dining environments.A passion for fine food, creativity, and modern culinary techniques.Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and excellence.A focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality cuisine.A commitment to maintaining kitchen standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.Formal culinary qualifications.
